Tradition

Mom made a nice tile to add to Dad's grave stone. It's a note to tell people about our new tradition.
During our trip to Israel we learned that there is a Jewish tradition of putting a stone on a gravestone that you visit instead of flowers.
It's a nice new tradition to begin.

Osmond, WY (Aunt Mary Isabell's)

What do you do in Osmond... Visit Great-Aunt Mary Isabell Cassity.
She is Grandpa Crook's baby sister.
This was the house that we spent every summer camping, roasting marshmellow's and blowing up the fence posts (fireworks). Also had a very high record of making it rain after every firework show, so it became known as "seeding the clouds".

This would be one of Dad's first stops when visiting the Valley. He would have to go raid her garden which was usually in full bloom when he would come visit. When we were younger he would get up with Uncle Neil to go milk the cows.

Playing at Cabin Creek Inn and getting ready to go to the Etna Cemetery.

The best day we have had in the past 5 years at the cemetery so we took advantage of the great weather and stayed around and told stories of those we were there to visit. Very special memories

Bedford

Bedford is where Dad's Uncle Gordan & Aunt Roxie Garrett lived (his mother's brother). It is one of the prettiest places in the valley. Their house is right at the base of a little canyon and her big kitchen window was Mom's favorite place to have breakfast.
Their house is being rented out right now, but we were able to have our Garrett family reunion near the house. This was Dad's favorite "creek".
